The Community Development Block Grant and HOME Programs have income limits prepared and published by HUD. New limits are generally issued in February, and are effective as soon as they are issued. Your household income determines your eligibility for Community Development Programs.
The 2010 Income Limits for Williamsport are listed below. In most cases the occupants total gross family or household income (from all sources) may not exceed the 80% income level.
The limits are based on HUD estimates of median family income, with adjustments for family size.
